Situated on the ground floor of Sunlight House is one of Manchester's rising stars. Schofields bar, the creation of bartender brothers Joe and Daniel Schofield, is one of the city's finest drink spots with awards and a loyal customer base to backup their renowned reputation.
With over 25 years of experience collectively, the brothers were on the hunt for the perfect location to launch their latest concept. Having searched across Manchester, Sunlight House was decided as the perfect building to open their doors in 2021.
The art deco masterpiece of architect Joseph Sunlight was the tallest building in Manchester upon completion during the 1930s, a decade of great importance for cocktail culture. An era of grand and luxurious bars, known for their hospitality and classic cocktails.
Now two years on, Joe and Daniel have collected various awards and opened more venues across the city. They bring something very special to Sunlight House and we would highly recommend a visit.
